When I started, I was immersed in the personal development of the market. I have a low probability of success, but I know there is a demand. I know that the market is viable because there is competition; I can not find books, training courses, workshops and coaches. If I could build an audience, I could do that. I do not know what I am doing, but I take a step by step at the same time, and here I pay what I like to do today.
Is your competition in the market? this is very good! The more intense the competition the better. Although the competition is too intense, it may be hard to say that your voice will be, where there is competition, there is a market. And there are so many competitors that you can be sure that it is a market that is worth fighting for it. Now all you need to do is find what makes you different from them.
Ask yourself: “The customer can not find anything else in my business / service?” This requires you to look at the market. To find where there is a certain gap or virgin land.
To Netflix, for example: Netflix company in the home theater market, in the day of the big block of competition. But Netflix offers a blockbuster thing – they are convenient for their customers. I am keen on personal development when I start: I am willing to work hard and are open to constantly learning new things. This drive allows me to build thousands of viewers, it helps me later discover my niche, which will help people put their passion into a prosperous lifestyle.

People pay thousands of visits to retreat seminars and because they realize their own purpose to live and want to find their own passion to take online courses. Steps: Please study some. Use Amazon, google, just browse to see people pay. Then you look at what you wrote in step 1 and Figure 2. Trying to find the intersection.
